Your Guide
Led by Charon Normand-Widmer, LMSW.
A love and relationship coach, trauma specialist, and licensed therapist. For more than twenty-five years, Charon has guided people into deeper connection through somatic, embodied work.
Her practice is grounded in psychodynamic and mindfulness-based therapy and Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), with a deep reverence for the body's wisdom.
