Embodied Intimacy · A Trauma-Informed Container
Stop confusing anxiety
with desire.
A four-week, trauma-informed container for desire, discernment, and intimacy met from sovereignty rather than survival.
The Invitation
Why Embodied Intimacy?
This is for you if you are ready to stop confusing anxiety with desire, and learn how to hold power, intimacy, and deep attraction without collapsing your nervous system.
Most of us were taught to chase the spark and call it desire, even when our bodies were bracing the whole time. Embodied Intimacy teaches you the difference. Not in theory. In your own body, breath by breath, until you can finally tell what is activation and what is true.
This is the practice of coming home. Less performing desire, more inhabiting it. Less reaching for connection from a nervous system on alert, more meeting it from one that is finally settled enough to receive.
The body that stops bracing is the body that can finally be loved the way it was always meant to be.
What changes here does not stay in the body alone. The body that learns to feel safely becomes the body that can love more fully. The people in your life feel the difference before you can even name what shifted.
There is no requirement that you study this work. There are no “shoulds.” But if something inside you is curious about your sensuality, your relationship to intimacy, or what it would feel like to be more deeply connected to your own aliveness, that curiosity is worth listening to.
Embodied Intimacy is ultimately about discernment: learning to tell grounded desire from nervous-system activation, and to meet intimacy with presence instead of collapse. If you feel that pull, it is your body inviting you into a power that has been there all along.
The Heart of the Work
The difference your body already knows
So much of intimacy is spent adding more effort. This work moves the other way: learning to feel, and to tell what is survival from what is true.

Questions
Do I need any experience?add
None at all. No prior experience with tantra, or any practice, is needed. You only need a genuine curiosity about your body, your sensuality, and your aliveness.
Is this therapy?add
This is a guided, trauma-informed group coaching and embodiment space. It is educational in nature, not psychotherapy or crisis support. If clinical care is what you need, Charon will gladly help you find the right support.
Will I have to share, or perform?add
Only ever at your own pace. Participation is choice-based, there is no pressure to disclose beyond your capacity, and this is gentle somatic work rather than anything you have to perform.

Both. Whether you are single or partnered, this work focuses on your relationship with your own body, your desire, and your capacity for intimacy.
